The house can be rented on a weekly basis: $2800/wk.
If it's rented for the full two weeks: $5000.
We take a meter reading for the electricity before and after your stay to compensate for use of the air conditioning.
A cleaning fee of $150 is added to the rental cost regardless of length of stay.
Our home includes 1o beds with the option of more mattresses for children, and cribs can be supplied as needed.
Half of the rental cost and cleaning fee must be paid two weeks in advance as a non-refundable deposit, by paypal or bank transfer.*
